In May 2019, Macrotech Polychem was acquired as a 100% subsidiary of NGL Fine-Chem Limited, a leader
in the animal health API sector. This strategic integration combines Macrotech's specialized
manufacturing capabilities with NGL’s decades of global expertise, regulatory strengthR&D
innovation.
Operating out of state-of-the-art facilities in Tarapur, Maharashtra, we are committed to backward
integration and manufacturing excellence. Our facility has been recently expanded and upgraded to a
Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plant, reflecting our commitment to sustainable and environmentally
responsible chemical production.
GMP Standards: Our facility is designed and operated strictly according to Schedule M (GMP)
standards for the production of high-quality bulk drug intermediates.
Dedicated Facility: The plant is solely dedicated to licensed manufacturing, ensuring no
cross-contamination from unrelated activities.
Macrotech Polychem Private Limited was incorporated on 19th March, 2004 and carrying on the business of manufacturing of basic chemicals.
NGL Fine Chem Limited Acquired Macrotech Polychem Private Limited as a 100% subsidiary, broadening the Company’s manufacturing capabilities.
